Problem: The Hayes and Jarvis sales team had no standardised way of sharing knowledge between colleagues. Many staff were relying on handwritten notes that are often very out of date.
Solution: I built a WordPress based knowledge base to house a range of internal content for the sales teams.
Outcome: The knowledge base has gone from strength to strength. It is used on a daily basis by the entirety of the sales team. A full time member of staff has been recruited to manage the content of the site as it is such an important resource to the business.
