Problem: I built a site for my friend’s Indian Restaurant and wanted to help people find it (rather than the competitors), but it isn’t easy to get a website to the top of the Google rankings.
Solution: There are many SEO techniques that can be employed but many of these had already been done when the site was built. I decided to add schema data to the site to “give it a shot in the arm” and help it become more finable in future.
Outcome: The snippets were added at a site wide level, they test with no error in Google Webmaster Tools and should become increasingly useful in future.
