The problem: Our busiest time of the year is at the start and we had an issues that meant prospective customers could only order one of our four brochures online. The issue was fixed in a future development but could not be released until after code freeze (also after the peak selling period!).
The solution: As the power user of our CMS (Content Management System) I knew that I could access the html code for the form. I was able to update the code to allow the user to select the brochures they were most interested in.
The outcome: Over our busiest period we were able to send out hundreds of copies of our new brochures to potential customers.
