Problem: There were two problems tacked in this project. Our processes meant that the development team found it difficult to deliver fully rounded projects. Hayes and Jarvis wanted to better highlight the breadth of multi centre combinations available to customers.
Solution: We adopted the sprint framework and formed a multidisciplinary team to tackle the issues with multi centres. I was the content expert and one of the technical experts in the team. Over a week we designed, built and user tested a clickable prototype.
Outcome: The project was a success and the business has now adopted sprint for big projects. The multi centre builder has been developed and is live on the site. The builder has already generated 1000s of quote requests.
