Problem: It can often hard for people with disabilities to find a ski holiday that caters for their personal needs. Some companies offer group trips but this doesn’t appeal to everyone.
Solution: I worked with existing partners and approached new organisations to build a portfolio of hotels and ski schools that could offer a wide range of facilities to suit a variety of needs.
Outcome: I successfully launched the programme and it has continued to thrive since I left Crystal. Hundreds of customers have had the chance to have a ski holiday on their own terms rather than those imposed by a group trip.
