Problem: The web platform for Citalia was old fashioned and out of date. The journey for a customer to get a price for a holiday took so long we had many people abandon the process.
Solution: Build a site from scratch on the new platform built for Hayes and Jarvis. I led work on the site structure, resource planning, content design and page building.
Outcome: Customers are able to instantly see prices for any holiday. Their journey is supported by engaging content packed full of useful detail and insight.
